Slow Flow

A fusion of traditional and modern yoga using the Iyengar Method and Vinyasa flow sequencing that includes:

  • structured Pranayama to open,
  • dynamic and static-hold Asana to build strength and balance, and
  • closing guided or solo Mindfulness/Meditation in Savasana.


Build your strength and stamina whilst working on your alignment and the transitions between poses.
