This is a compact (30 minute) yoga flow class where you will:

  • use the breath to assist with movement and focus,
  • experience a range of standing, balancing, bending, twisting & inverted poses, and
  • finish in a silent Savasana to leave refreshed & motivated for the rest of your day.
