Mindful Movement is a weekly yoga class that will help you make the shift from work week into the weekend. Learn and practice breath awareness, yoga asana (poses) and stress-busting meditation techniques in a safe and inclusive environment. Look forward to a fresh sequence each week, including somatic awareness techniques borrowed from other modalities, such as EFT Tapping, Qi Gong, and Myofascial Release.
