This is a general mixed class, open to all skill levels.


A longer, more traditional yoga format is followed here, by opening and closing in silent meditation (approx 5 minutes) and breathwork practices will be conducted after pose sequencing.


Yoga elements such as Grounding, Breath Awareness and activation of the Bandhas (body locks) are used to assist you with Interoception, or "turning inwards". All poses are verbally explained and physically demonstrated, with options and variations provided for different body types and physical abilities. Poses are cued to be held for extended time, so you may self-adjust as needed and immerse yourself in the experience of the asana. However, you may release or bypass a pose as you wish.
