Teen Yoga classes for ages 13 to 18 years old. Book for the last four weeks of the full eight week course for 48 Euro.. Each week we will explore a new theme and classes will consist of yoga poses, mindfulness, breathing techniques, and relaxation. We will learn new ways to help us cope with exam stress or anxiety, learn ways to improve our sleep and the classes provide some much needed screen free time. No previous experience required.
