This will be 2 hours of glorious restorative relaxation and gently supported restorative yoga. There will be music and a Tibetan bowl sound bath, all in gentle candlelight. We will theme and be guided by the winter solstice, the longest night of the year and use the inspiration of the Celtic calendar wheel to guide us through our practice. There will be equipment at the studio, but please do bring a mat, if possible, perhaps your own blanket and an eye pillow if you have one.
