All Family Welcome for Quality Bonding Time

(Most Suitable for Children ages 3 - 10yrs, younger & older siblings welcome)

As a working mum Tanja knows how busy life can get and how little time is left for quality family time. To take the time to connect again, to have fun together, to play together, to snuggle up together, to relax together, simply to spend quality time together as a family is what doing yoga together as a family is all about.
We are delighted to have Tanja teaching here in Boyle, She has so much experience with teaching children and yoga with music.
This is a 5 week course, running every 2nd week and is a great way to come together every other week for yoga and quality time with your loved ones, to do something amazing for your wellbeing, strengthening your bonds as a family, as well as making new friends.
Suitable for kids from age 3 to 10 years old
and adults of any age and all abilities.
