These classes are in gentle mindful Hatha Vinyasa flow styles.

Building up strength, flexibility, range of movement, mobility and confidence in your practice.

Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to experienced. 

These are mixed ability classes so options will be given to reduce/ increase difficulty or intensity depending on your experience and energy levels. With meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, strengthening, alignment, flexibility, core focused grounding asanas and relaxation with sprinklings of philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, myofascial release, mindset, the importance of intention, mind-body connection, and benefits for health and wellbeing; all contributing to a deeper more integrated practice.

  • if you and a friend both book in for the same block of classes (bring a friend rate), you each pay this rate; or
  • if you are are aged 16-21;or
  • if you are unemployed/full medical card.  

Multiple block rate


This rate applies if you have already booked a block of classes for yourself for the same period. Your first block for this period must have been booked at the standard or reduced rate.
