Building up strength, flexibility, range of movement, mobility and confidence in your practice.
Suitable for all levels from complete beginner to experienced.
These are mixed ability classes so options will be given to reduce/ increase difficulty or intensity depending on your experience and energy levels. With meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, strengthening, alignment, flexibility, core focused grounding asanas and relaxation with sprinklings of philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, myofascial release, mindset, the importance of intention, mind-body connection, and benefits for health and wellbeing; all contributing to a deeper more integrated practice.
