A deeply healing and nourishing self care day where you will be guided from 10am through breathwork to settle and balance the nervous system, conscious intention setting and a mindful slow flow yoga practice.
We will then turn to fascial and muscular release and relaxation to unwind, release aches, pains and tension in the body and calm the mind with a full restorative yoga workshop with calming breathwork, lymphatic drainage, meditation, restorative yoga, and full body mind yoga nidra relaxation closing with koshi bells. We will finish around 3pm.
Delicious lunch, refreshments & props included.
-no experience necessary- suitable for all levels of experience, abilities and energy levels. Options will be given for those with physical limitations. Also, suitable during pregnancy.
