These classes are in the Hatha Vinyasa flow styles with challenging yoga pose sequences incorporating animal flows in sync with your breath for an exhilarating experience while regulating the nervous system, calming the mind and strengthening & toning the body.
Building up strength, flexibility, range of movement, mobility and alignment in your practice.
Suitable for intermediate level and up.
With meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, strengthening, alignment, flexibility, and relaxation with sprinklings of philosophy, energy systems, anatomy, myofascial release, mindset, the importance of intention, mind-body connection, and benefits for health and wellbeing; all contributing to a deeper more integrated practice.
Drop in/pay per class spaces are subject to availability and can be booked weeks in advance. See list page for drop in bookings.
Dates include: 25/09, 2/10, 9/10 & 23/10. No class on 16 October. Recordings can be purchased or attendance at an alternative class that week are possible, simply ask. If booking an alternative class in the week of 16/10, choose the reduced rate of €12 instead of standard rate of €15.
