Vinyasa flow class followed by a refreshing sea swim at Garrylucas Beach
This class consists of fun creative class consisting of flowing movements with the breath to improve flexibility, mobility, strength and body awareness. Finishes with guided meditations and relaxation. Each class is themed incorporating the Elements of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Self-love and gratitude. This is the perfect way to switch off from the world connect with the elements, your mind, body and breath through mindful movement. Classes consist of self-care reminders and affirmations. Suitable for beginners.
