Join me in this 2 hour hour workshop where we will combine yin and restorative yoga in order to allow the body to deeply rest. We will be using yoga bolsters to support our bodies during the practice in order to release tension and draw deeper into meditation.
We will create a calm and serene atmosphere to fully allow the body to relax and rest deeply. Practices such as yin and restorative yoga, combined with Yoga Nidra can provide the equivalent effect of multiple hours sleep.
We will use a combination of music with deep healing frequencies, breath work and meditation to provide the body with an environment that supports rest and rejuvenation.
