Strong & Steady - 4 Classes for Upper Body Mobility, Flexibility, Strength & Release
These classes are 1 hour and they are recorded from my live Strong & Steady classes. These links will be able to be viewed as many times as you wish until Sept 2021 when they will then be deleted.
In these 4 classes we focus on gaining mobility, flexibility, release and strength in our upper body, arms, shoulders, neck and wrists. We as always in these classes will work on building strength and stability in the entire body, while in theses 4 classes we specifically bring movements and stretches to the neck, wrists, arms and shoulders.
We slow down our transitions and we hold and play with positions for longer so we can find the adjustments that suit us and our bodies.Gaining a stronger and steady practice can aid you in all practices you have and even in your day to day life. I hope you enjoy your practice.
