Strong & Steady - 4 Classes focusing on Upper body Shoulder & Arm, Strength & Mobility
These classes are 1 hour and they are recorded from my live Strong & Steady classes. These links will be able to be viewed as many times as you wish until Sept 2021 when they will then be deleted.
In these 4 classes In this term we focus on finding stability and strength in our upper body, specifically shoulder, upper and forearm strength for stronger poses like side plank, wild thing & forearm balances.
**I would advice this term for people with previous yoga experience as it is more advanced in some of the postures but of course in this term we still take it slow and detailed.
We slow down our transitions and we hold and play with positions for longer so we can find the adjustments that suit us and our bodies.Gaining a stronger and steady practice can aid you in all practices you have and even in your day to day life. I hope you enjoy your practice.
