Please join me for my 4 week Pre Recorded Pregnancy Yoga Term.

This Pregnancy Yoga Term is suitable from 13 weeks and classes are 1 hour long.


We will be combining movement, breath-work and meditation suitable for expectant mothers to help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for pregnancy, labour and birth. We will hopefully gain a stronger connection to ourselves, our bodies and our growing babies within. As virtual is the way to go now you may also enjoy the sense of community within these classes.
