Please join me for my 6 week Online Pregnancy Yoga Term.
This is a 6 week Pregnancy Yoga Term, suitable from 13 weeks.
We will be combining movement, breath-work and meditation suitable for expectant mothers to help you prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for pregnancy, labour and birth. We will hopefully gain a stronger connection to ourselves, our bodies and our growing babies within. As virtual is the way to go now you may also enjoy the sense of community within these classes.
