Online Best of Both Yoga Workshop


Join me in this 2 hour workshop, we will flow through an energising, fun and uplifting flow for our first part of this morning. We then use part 2 in more of a yin style taking time for some deep stretches, using the bodies heat built in the first hour to then go deeper into our bodies flexibility ranges to aid our muscles. We then find time for a long Yoga Nidra style relaxation.
