Join me for this very special YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION evening event


There is a Yoga practice that provides you with the equivalent of 3 hours of deep sleep during a 45 minute guided meditation.


This deep ‘Yogic Sleep,’ allows your cells in your mind and body to repair and rejuvenate, and greatly reduces stress.


The initial gentle yoga class will consist of very basic stretching, followed by a deep Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation.


During the Yoga Nidra portion of class the lights will be dimmed and we will be lying on our backs.


Some people like to bring blankets and pillows to support their body, and allow for deeper relaxation.


Please come in comfy clothes bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and any props that will help you position your body to relax.
