Please join me for this 4 week introductory course as we talk about stress & anxiety, what it looks like, what it looks like in the body, what it can do to you, the positive and negative impacts of stress & anxiety in your daily life,
We shall look at specific meditations, pranayama (breath work) and mantras regarding stress, the use of essential oils and stress-less routines and nutritional guidance before taking part in a gentle yoga practice (suitable for all levels on the mat or on a chair) specifically to help you in times of need, especially during these challenging times.
Finishing with questions and answers each week we build upon our self care knowledge and tool kit.
This course is suitable for: anyone who is curious to know more about how to help themselves manage their stress and anxiety levels when they arise.
