Please join me as I talk about "The Art of Self Care" and how we can make time for ourselves and look after our bodies.
We shall be discussing stress, (given the current climate) what it looks like, what it looks like in the body, what it can do to you and the positive and negative impacts of stress in your daily life as well as other factors that may impact you from day to day.
We shall then discuss and experience specific meditations, pranayama (breath work) and mantras, the use of essential oils, routines and nutritional guidance that can help with your self care, before taking part in a gentle yoga practice (suitable for all levels on the mat or on a chair) specifically to help you when you need it most. This workshop is suitable for anyone who is curious to know more about "The Art of Self Care" and all levels of yoga (Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced) as its a gentle, guided practice to enhance rest and relaxation.
