Join me for the day where we shall talk about your Menopause Journey, symptoms & side effects and then focus on Sleep Health.
We shall be talking about the benefits of Sleep, the circaridan rhythms, how do’s and don’t’s, how you can help yourself and much more followed by a deep guided Yoga Nidra practice for ultimate rest and relaxation.
Snacks, Lunch, Refreshments and a Goodie Bag are also provided along with lots of laughter and support!
