Please join me for this very exciting 1 DAY RETREAT where you can gain a greater understanding of (your) Women’s Health and the Menopause - at all stages !


The full time table for the day shall be available soon but know that we shall take time to discuss issues that may arise for us and how we can help support and embrace the changes our bodies may take.


We shall have a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class (suitable for yogi beginners and women of all ages), grounding meditations, relaxations and women's circles.


There shall be lunch, afternoon cake & refreshments, journalling, mindfulness, laughter, possibly a few tears as you let go of "stuff" that's holding you back and you shall emerge, lighter, happier, more aware of your body and symptoms, how to support yourself and your body, while being more connected and grounded.


Investment is £95 per person for the day which includes all materials, lunch, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home. 


All attendees are treated with utmost respect and anything discussed in the sessions or as a group are confidential.
