Please join me for this fun and informative workshop where you can gain a greater understanding of (your) Women’s Health and the Menopause - at all stages !
This month we shall focus on Sleep & Insomnia related to Peri-menopause/Menopause and speaking from experience this can indeed be crippling.
Taking time to discuss issues that may arise for us and how we can help support and embrace the changes our bodies may take. We shall then have a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga class (suitable for yogi beginners and women of all ages), before a grounding relaxation and closing circle.
Investment is £30 per person for the workshop which includes all materials, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.
