Please join me for a full day of Menopause Loveliness !


We shall spend the morning connecting with the women who ahem joined the day, discussing all things menopausal: symptoms, emotions, struggles and triumphs!

We shall spend some time talking about the nervous system, its impact on the body and practice some breath work and mindful exercises to support us during our day, we shall then have a very slow, gentle movement class (suitable for beginners) before lunch. After a delicious lunch and outside walk we shall have a relaxing yoga Nidra (its sleepy time!) followed by another exercise before the end of the day.


Investment is £125 per person for the day which includes all materials, lunch, refreshments & treats plus a Neal’s Yard Remedies goodie bag to take home.
