Please join me for an exciting Menopause, Women's Wellness Day Retreat on Saturday 25th March from 10am-5pm at the beautiful Hunger Hill Retreat space,
This workshop is suitable for all adults and no meditation or yoga experience is necessary.
Join me for the day where we shall talk about your Sleep & Menopause Journey, symptoms, side effects and ways in which you can support yourself and then in the afternoon after some focused mindfulness, mediation and lunch we shall have a guided, relaxing Yoga Nidra (sleeping session!) before ending the day with a few more enlightening and supportive exercises.
Snacks, Lunch, Refreshments and a Goodie Bag are also provided along with lots of laughter and support!
