Blindfolded Yoga increases body awareness. You can’t look and see so instead you have to listen and more importantly trust and feel instead.


Please join me as you connect to yourself in a safe space through a guided and gentle Hatha Yoga Class followed by a delicious Chocolate Meditation and Deep Relaxation practice.
