In this 8 week online Chakra & Womens Health Course, you’ll learn about each of the 7 chakras in the energy body, how to balance them using yogic techniques like meditation, movement (asana) and affirmations as well as the impact of them being out of balance.


Each online class will end with a Yoga Nidra Practice, restoring balance to your mind, body and spirit all from the comfort of your home, with deep rest.


At the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll feel more centered, energised and in control of your body and emotions


Each week shall help your mind and body rest, restore, nurture and nourish.


Suitable for all women regardless of age and fitness, the class is aimed to help you rest with some understanding of whats happening to it from a Chakra perspective!
