In the Western world, yoga often stands for asana – postural/ physical practice – skipping the other seven limbs of yoga as a complete system supporting us on the path of transformation, healing and Self-realization.


The aim of this 120 min class is to provide you, the student, with sufficient time to enjoy a complete yoga practice with solid elements of pranayama (breathwork), mantra (through chanting and concentration), meditation and of course asana (postures).


We will explore traditional ashtanga-inspired energetically balanced sequence, where safety and accessibility to different levels of students is ensured through alignment-based approach and variations of poses offered. This sequence is dynamic, open to yogis comfortable with sun salutations (A and B), who approach the mat with minds open to self-inquiry.
