I am not flexible enough to do yoga.” As a yoga teacher I’ve heard this line thousand times and it always makes my heart sink. I wonder, do we ever ask, what is flexibility good for? How flexibility or rather lack of it affects our health and quality of life? Living in a supple body is like wearing clothes that fits perfectly and follows your every move. It means enjoying healthy joints and therefore less of or absence of pain, enjoying healthy functional movement and allowing energy to move freely in your body. Little bit of regular smart stretching goes a long way and will make you feel like you’ve cleaned up and organized your house - your body.


I understand that not everyone is in for a yoga class and a focus of a yoga class is not always about flexibility. That’s why Stretching&Flexibility class is back on schedule each Wednesday at 19:30 (75 min)!


We will explore various methods of stretching, mobility and flexibility drills and functional movement techniques in order to

  • Release tension in muscles
  • Increase flexibility of tissue and mobility of joints
  • Deepen your body awareness
  • Reduce pain from sedentary lifestyle
  • Prevent injuries
  • Feel free and healthy in our bodies


This class is great on its own, as an addition to your yoga practice or to your sports routine.
