Hatha Flow | In Person | Etterbeek

Hatha Flow is a complete 75 min practice of the 8 limbs of yoga - we incorporate physical poses, breath work, guided relaxation and mantra sprinkled with bits of yoga philosophy.


On Mondays, we work on developing strength, stability and lightness in our asana, building up confidence, ease and playfulness in our overall practice. Variations of each pose are always offered to accommodate the practice to your needs. You will enjoy this practice best, if you're comfortable with Sun Salutations.


On Fridays, we shake off the stress of the work week by inviting fluidity of movement allowing for vital energy to move freely and easing the body and the mind into the weekend ahead. This class is open to all levels, variations of each pose are always offered to accommodate the practice to your needs. Prior experience with yoga is beneficial but not required.
