Hatha Flow | In-person | Etterbeek

Hatha Flow is a complete 75 min yoga practice incorporating physical poses, breath work and guided relaxation evolving around a particular theme that we work on and develop over period of 4 weeks (4 classes). All this in a small group of maximum 10 participants allowing us to build closer connection, share energy, individualize your practice and laugh together in a safe environment.


We will work in 4-week modules, developing a different theme in each module.

SEPTEMBER THEMES

Monday 12, 19, 26 Sept & 3 Oct: Inner Warrior

Explore the qualities of the warrior within, learn how to battle procrastination and resistance with simple and applicable yogic teachings, and channel your inner warrior through dynamic Hatha flow sequence with focus on standing postures.


Friday 16, 23, 30 Sept & 7 Oct: Seated in the Self

Discover the sweetness of being seated in the true Self. Sooth your mind into stillness through gentle rhythmic movement and calming breath practice to allow your mind to settle and your true Self to emerge. This is a delightful end-of-week practice accessible to everybody, yet advanced in its nature.

(For a discounted 4-class pass go to section "class passes". Pass is valid for 4 classes over a period of 5 weeks. Use it for any of the three weekly classes. If your pass shall expire beyond 1 July 2022, the validity will be carried over to September. However, schedule won't be guaranteed.)
