Today’s rich offerings of variety of yoga classes in studios and online allow us to practice whenever, wherever, but what I feel missing is focus. By gradually working on a particular theme, our asana practice becomes more sustainable, even safe, and firm in its foundation. We improve our body awareness and spend more time in the "flow zone of moving meditation”. As reported by my students, it's also more enjoyable!
For that reason, I decided to change the concept of classes in the coming season. Instead of a drop-in yoga classes, I invite you to explore this new concept of four-week practice starting from September 20. Over four consecutive weeks, you will explore a particular theme and gradually build up your experience from different perspectives in a safe and consistent way.
Each week, you will enjoy a complete 75 min yoga practice incorporating intelligent combination of physical poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), guided relaxation and mantra. All this in a small group of maximum 8 participants allowing for more personalized guidance in your practice in a small community and safe environment.
Progressively you will develop more strength and flexibility, improve your body awareness and explore the subtler benefits of yoga practice that will help you quieten your mind, bring more clarity and connect with your true Self, spilling your yoga experience from the mat to your daily life.
