Spring heralds new produce and flavours. During this dinner class we will make Moroccan spiced chicken or fish (your choice) with two delicious seasonal side dishes. Pour yourself a glass of wine as we chat and chop together.
The session is interactive so there will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. You will need good WiFi in your kitchen to participate.
I will send out the recipe a week in advance so you have plenty of time to get the ingredients.
