This online cooking course of four sessions will take place Wednesday March 3rd to March 17th. The class is approximately 90 minutes from 5pm - 6.30pm.

We will make some delicious dishes that will teach you some kitchen skills and techniques. Over the three weeks we will cover food from all over the globe - Indian Butter Chicken, Minestrone Soup and will finish with something Irish for St. Patrick's Day. Not only does it give parents a break from cooking but it will give your TY students some kitchen confidence and inspire them to cook a lot more!

It is online so participants will have to provide their own equipment and ingredients and will attend via Zoom. I will send out all ingredients well in advance so you have plenty of time to get everything in. Please make sure you have a strong WiFi signal in your kitchen.

How much cooking experience do I need?

I break everything down step by step so everyone is welcome. Preparation is key - so please weigh out all ingredients and read the recipe beforehand.
