Sunrise Flow Portmarnock Beach Yoga MAY/JUNE

Beach Yoga - 1 Hour


We will begin our practice with grounding breathwork followed by a vinyasa flow sequence and ending in a guided savasana


This practice is open level meaning it is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis with choice offered for poses to cater for all levels , beginners are always welcome and for experienced practitioners there will be options to practice more advanced poses also if that's where you are in the moment - this practice is about meeting yourself where you are and honouring that, the true essence of why we practice yoga :)


We will meet at 8am on Saturday on the sand between the two lifeguard cabins after the shelters you will see me there with my mat.


What will you need?


yoga mat - essential

yoga block (optional)

Comfortable clothing that you are able to move in

SPF (even on cloudy mornings)

Water

Warm layers for Savasana

Swimming gear if you fancy a dip after

A flask of herbal tea can be nice for after practice :)


Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the practice (8pm Friday), please follow the cancellation process on your booking email (Manage booking ) to receive a full refund, you do not need to tell me if you have cancelled.


If I need to cancel the class for any reason (weather included) you will receive an option of a refund or to rebook for the next class (Refund can take up to 5 days to appear in your account) 


*Please note that this class is not suitable for pregnant woman, if you happen to be pregnant I can advise of pre natal yoga classes for you to attend instead


*if you have any medical conditions, please ensure that it is safe to practice yoga with your medical practitioner before attending this class


it is important that you take care of yourself as we move through the practice, if at any time you need to take a break please come into a resting position and take a few deep belly breaths, if you are working with pain/issues in the body please be extra careful in minding yourself to ensure that you do not feel any pain.




If you wish to attend this class but can't afford it, you are welcome to get in touch and we may be able to arrange a suitable exchange :)
