Yoga is the perfect exercise system to help you get back a fully functional pelvic floor and core. The secret is the breath - the foundation of any yoga practice. Once you learn how to breathe well you can sort out any dysfunction with your pelvic floor and also strengthen your core at the same time.

In this workshop you will learn exactly how to use the breathe to get your pelvic floor and core back to full working order.

Workshop numbers are kept small so that you experience almost a private yoga class ambience. There will be plenty of time to explore the different poses and the props so that you leave feeling confident to explore the moves at home.

Each particpant will get a copy of everything we do in the workshop so that you can continue the good work at home :)
