A 90-minute class combining yin yoga and restorative yoga. Yin yoga involves deep stretches that target restricted areas of the body. Restorative yoga helps your body move into it's rest and restore state with gentle well supported poses. This is a great class to open up your body and sooth the mind. We finish with a yoga nidra - a long guided relaxation that helps your brain to completely switch off. You will feel as though you have had a nice nap. If you are looking for a form of yoga for deep soothing self care, this is the class for you. Suitable for all levels of experience.
