Relax, stretch and breathe your way into a new you. This monthly 90 minute class will take you through a combination of yin and restorative yoga to help you ease away tension, aches and pains whilst at the same time soothe the mind and melt those worries away for a while. You will feel like a new person by the end. Classes are kept small so that you get one to one guidance from Sarah. Suitable for all levels of experience.
