A one hour Zoom class to get the body moving and stretched out, some meditation practice to relax the mind and total body relaxation at the end as a wonderful treat for your body and mind.

Using Zoom allows us to stay in the comfort and the safety of our own homes,we will have the opportunity to connect as a group, or simply turn your camera off and participate in your own way, no judgement!
