Gentle movement and breath work combine to ease us all out of the weekend and help up find some peace of mind for the week ahead.

We will practice Pranayama (breathwork) Asana (the physical practice) and a guided Savasana (lying down meditation)

This class is suitable for all abilities and all bodies.
