This class is for pregnant ladies (Trimester 2 onwards) and postpartum ladies (past 6wks mark). This class focuses on the main areas which need strengthening during pregnancy and postpartum stages ie. pelvic floor, glutes, low back, abdominals, and all over body stretching and strengthening. On the mat we do a series of exercises including the use of some props such as magic circle, therabands and hand weights. Suitable for all levels.
