This class is for pregnant ladies (Trimester 2 onwards) and postpartum ladies (past 6wks mark). This class focuses on the main areas which need strengthening during pregnancy and postpartum stages ie. pelvic floor, glutes, low back, abdominals, and all over body stretching and strengthening. Mixed Equipment is a varied class using all pieces of equipment in the studio throughout the workout. Suitable for all levels.
