Suitable for complete beginners who are injury free, or if you have started with private lessons and are ready to join group classes. Beginner level is recommended if you're not familiar with the Classical sequence and equipment, even if you're experienced in matwork.
You must start at beginners before moving on to beyond basics and/or intermediate.
