Reformer Pilates Classes tailored towards young athletes and young adults, those who pursue very active pastime activities which can be demanding on their bodies. This class focuses on building core strength and increasing mobility.

This is a 7 week course and will take us right up to 17th July. Please note there will be no classes on the 19th June.
