Wednesday Pilates - 7.30 pm (Intermediate / advanced)

A more challenging Pilates Class with the use of small props. Not suitable for a beginner. Class program changes weekly to keep you challenged


Equipment Needed


Small hand weights or bottles of water

Mat or Towel to lie on

Long band or Belt for stretching

Pilates ball or Cushion

2 x Spikey massage balls / 2 x Tennis Balls


Optional Equipment:

Big body ball / Stability ball / Pilates Ring


Please point the camera towards your mat so I can adjust your posture or technique if necessary
