As we start to approach Christmas, which can be such a busy time of year, it's good to make time to really relax. A little space in a jam-packed diary to rest, release any tension that pops up during the festive season and to let go. Can you give yourself permission to have a night off from it all, to carve some time just for you - to allow yourself to rest.
Susie from Pause & Breathe and Morag from Sound Balance Scotland are delighted to collaborate again for a relaxing evening – you don’t need to do anything, just lie back and listen to a soothing yoga nidra (relaxation-style meditation) followed by a sound bath. Our theme for the night is “Relaxing into Winter”. We will be bringing in themes of resting, releasing, letting go and allowing. Susie will guide the yoga nidra aimed to allow the body to start to unwind, and to decompress. Morag will share some beautiful gentle sounds to aid our relaxation further.
Our session will be held on Sunday 12th December, 7-9pm via zoom. The cost of the session is £25, for the full evening (with discounts for The Heart Movement online subscribers).
