In this Yoga Nidra, we’ll be tuning into the heart and the gut – listening for any messages they contain. However, we also know that emotions and memories are stored in the body – so we’ll be focusing on the body as a whole. I’m also going to suggest a sankalpa we can use – which is an intention, which can guide us through our practice. For this practice, the one I’m suggesting is “I listen to my inner wisdom” - although you are always welcome to use one of your own.

You don't need to do anything for Yoga Nidra, except lie down and listen to the guided meditation. You may find that you drift in and out of sleep, and this is perfectly OK.
