We will use visualisation techniques in this Yoga Nidra, to help us feel the growth toward success. Every day we're making progress - but we often don't notice this. We can feel into our successes from a deeply rested state.

You don't need to do anything for Yoga Nidra, except lie down and listen to the guided meditation. You may find that you drift in and out of sleep, and this is perfectly OK.

This session is being held by Susie Hooper. It's £7 to attend, or it's possible to make a donation if this is unaffordable.
