In this Yoga Nidra, we bring in themes of serenity - inviting calmness, a sense of tranquillity. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation practice, in which we invite the body and mind to stillness.

You don't need to do anything for Yoga Nidra, except lie down and listen to the guided meditation. You may find that you drift in and out of sleep, and this is perfectly OK.

This session is being held by Susie Hooper. It's £7 to attend, or it's possible to make a donation if this is unaffordable.
